Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Farmers Branch, Texas. This contract-to-permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to key financial processes, including reporting, forecasting, and analysis, while driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will excel at collaborating with various teams and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Senior Financial Analyst (contract position)
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports on a monthly basis for executive leadership teams.
• Collaborate with the FP& A manager to support budgeting and forecasting processes, including potential oversight of specific business segments.
• Partner with operations leadership to analyze and manage expense line items effectively.
• Develop dynamic financial models to enhance forecasting accuracy and streamline processes.
• Work with the FP& A manager to identify and implement process improvements that boost organizational efficiency.
• Conduct variance analyses during monthly close processes to identify key trends and deviations.
• Create presentation materials and detailed reports for the Corporate Executive Leadership Team.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and projects tailored to the needs of retail and corporate executives.
Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and tools.
• Strong expertise in conducting variance analyses and interpreting financial data.
• Familiarity with ad hoc financial analysis and delivering insights to senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data mining techniques to support accurate and efficient reporting.
• Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence tools is highly desirable.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
