Job Title: Packaging Line Worker Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Packaging Line Worker, where you will play a crucial role in the assembly line packaging of bleu cheese. You will work collaboratively in a team environment, rotating positions every two hours to maintain efficiency and variety in your tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include placing bleu cheese into 2 - 5 oz portion containers, ensuring the correct weight, applying lids and labels, and preparing boxes for shipment.

Essential Skills

Work Environment
This role requires working in a wet and cold environment with temperatures ranging between 45-50 degrees. The work is highly repetitive and involves standing in one place, although tasks rotate every two hours. The facility operates two shifts: the first shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Friday, and the second shift from 2 PM to 12:30 AM Monday through Thursday, with an additional shift differential. Expect a strong smell due to the nature of the product. The dress code requires warm clothing suitable for the cold environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.19 - $20.19/hr.
