Salary Range: $24.00 - $38.50
Pay Info: $15,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants with a two year work commitment. Non-certified techs will start at $24/hour, certified techs will start at $25.50/hour and increase based on years of applicable work experience.

Come work at our Sanford Broadway Medical Center located in the heart of downtown Fargo! Join this fast-paced team of surgical technologists that support various types of surgical cases including surgical oncology, ear nose and throat, robotics, gynecology, urology, colorectal, breast, plastics, oral maxillofacial, pain, pediatric restorative dentistry, and kidney transplants. We are dedicated team with a culture of kindness and a team atmosphere for you to learn and grow within your career at Sanford.
Schedule: Rotate through different shifts: 0630-1500, 0900-1730, 1100-1930.
Stay late shifts and call shifts will be assigned weekly. Each staff member can expect one call shift per week and a call weekend every month. On-call is typically at the Broadway campus but may be assigned to cover General team call at Sanford Medical Center of Fargo, as needed.
Job Summary

What you will do:
· Provide assistance to the surgeon during surgical procedures, including preparing and organizing operating room instruments and supplies.
· Anticipate the surgeons needs during a procedure.

Qualifications
Position requirements:
· A graduate of a Surgical Technology program.
· Must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry at the time employment begins.
· National certification preferred, but not required. New grads are welcome to apply with or without certification.
