Insight Global Frontend Software Engineer-INTL Costa Rica in Fargo, North Dakota
Job Description
We’re seeking Front End / Full Stack Developers to design and implement scalable, secure front end solutions for a Digital Transformation Software Engineering team, building modern user experiences with React, TypeScript, and Material UI. You’ll deliver end to end features by integrating front end components with unit testing, and for full stack roles, contributing to C#/.NET APIs and Azure cloud services where applicable. Working in Agile, iterative development environments, you’ll collaborate closely with cross functional partners, communicate clearly in written and spoken English, and contribute to solutions that balance quality, usability, and delivery speed. Some roles will focus primarily on front end development, while others will operate as true full stack contributors, with backend experience in C#/.NET and Python considered ideal. Experience training AI models—using Anthropic in particular—is valued for supporting emerging intelligent capabilities across the platform. These remote, Costa Rica–based contract roles are offered for an initial six month duration with potential extensions. Pay Rate $25/hr.

Skills and Requirements
• 3+ years delivering full stack solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• 2+ years hands on with React
• 2+ years hands on with Typescript
• 1+ years hands on with Material UI
• Clear, professional English communication—status updates, problem descriptions, and collaborative troubleshooting. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with C#/.NET APIs
• Experience with Azure cloud services
• Comfort working in Agile / iterative development environments
• Experience with Anthropic or related AI
