What You'll Work On
Jaw, cone, and impact crushers
Screening plants and scalping screens
Conveyors, feeders, and material handling systems
Hydraulic systems and components
Diesel engines and power units
Preventative maintenance, shutdowns, repairs, and rebuilds
Key Responsibilities
Assist with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of crushing and screening equipment
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and routine service work
Support equipment installations, start-ups, and commissioning
Complete Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) on new equipment
Learn to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and operational issues
Work directly with customers and plant personnel in the field
Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation
Develop into a trusted technician capable of working independently
What We're Looking For
Required
Basic experience with mechanical systems (aggregate equipment experience preferred but not required)
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Valid driver's license
Willingness to travel regionally, including occasional overnight stays
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience in aggregate, mining, or heavy equipment industries
Familiarity with crushing, screening, or conveyor systems
Hydraulic and/or diesel engine experience
Welding or fabrication skills
MSHA site experience
Work Environment
Primarily field-based role supporting active mining and aggregate operations
Exposure to outdoor conditions, including heat, dust, noise, and heavy equipment
Frequent travel to customer and job sites throughout the region
