ManTech Technical Project Manager II in Fallon, Nevada
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Project Manager II to join our team in Naval Air Station, Whidbey Island, WA. This position is on-site 5 days a week.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Reports Directly to the Cyber Operations Deputy Director.
Provides detection, identification, and reporting of possible cyber-attacks/intrusions, anomalous activities, and misuse activities
Administers technologies that directly support cyber security and the protection of company assets and data. Includes operational support for Identity Management, Privileged User Access, Access Control (firewall), End Point Protection, Internet Protection, Vulnerability Scanning, and SIEM support.
Develops and implements enterprise mitigation actions in response to complex vulnerabilities.
Actively enforces Cyber Security policy and participates in incident response.
Across all technologies, responsible for installation, testing, upgrades, patching, resiliency, performance, and application support.
Supervises the daily activities of business support, technicians and/or production teams
Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors
Support a team environment based on mutual respect and teamwork, dedicated to innovation and effective, efficient work practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (4 years of experience can be substituted for a degree)
Four (4) Years of information technology/Cyber Security experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Science Degree in Information Technology or related field.
Familiarity with the United States Navy preferred.
Experience with NSWC Corona RS Division and NCTE
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a current/active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS.
Physical Requirements:
10% travel anticipated.
Work will require movement from Government site to/from MANTECH site for client meetings and support functions.
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which involve delivering presentations.
