Temporary Fulltime position from 2-21-2026 to 12-1-2026 40Hours/week $18.48/ hour US worker H-2A Adverse Housing Compensation Adjustment -$1.80 -- Wage for H-2A workers provided housing is $16.68 Load or unload trucks or help others with loading or unloading, using special loading-related equipment or other equipment as necessary. Drive trucks with capacities greater than 3 tons, including tractor-trailer combinations, to transport and deliver products, or other materials. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Secure cargo for transport, using ropes, blocks, chain, binders, or covers. Drive and operate farm machinery to plant. Cultivate, harvest and store crops, swath, bale, and haul hay from field to storage area. Attach farm implements, such as disk ripper, disc, and air drill to tractor. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. General lubrication, service (check fluid), and mechanical repair farm machinery. Transport produce to grain elevator, pile grounds or storage area. Monitor and set irrigation for crops. This include pulling ditches, handling gated pipe, and controlling center pivot sprinklers. Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions. Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Monitor and set irrigation for several crops. This includes pulling ditches, handling gated pipe and control center pivot sprinklers. General daily seasonal farm duties. Farming with: Chickpeas, Corn, Dry Peas, Grain, Hay, Potatoes The employer will make all deductions required by law, including federal, state, and local income taxes (if applicable), and court-ordered deductions such as, but not limited to, child support or garnishments. Additional deductions may include stop-payment or check replacement fees, repayment of overpaid wages, and any other deductions authorized by the worker in writing. The employer will also make voluntary deductions authorized in writing in accordance with state law by the worker and may include, but are not limited to, income tax withholding for H-2A workers upon request, retirement plan contributions, health insurance premiums, loan repayments, cash advances, long-distance telephone charges, data plan costs, and services like internet or cable. Deductions for employer-provided housing, tools, and equipment may only occur if the worker is responsible for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or intentional damage, after the damage has occurred and after gaining the employee' Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Certified license is required. Must be able to obtain a CDL within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of children on the farm and expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
