Job description: General Job Description: Set up and operate fastener production equipment. Fall River Manufacturing produces screws, nuts, and bolts in stainless steel and non-ferrous alloys. We produce parts by cold heading on single-die, and multi-die headers. Secondary processes include: pointing, trimming, and roll threading. Company will provide necessary equipment and training for the right candidate. Ability to arrive on time, work hard, follow instructions, take pride in your work, and be part of a winning team are a must. Prior automotive experience as a mechanic and/or machining capabilities either as trade or hobby helpful! We are looking for mechanically inclined, detail oriented people to come join our team. Job Responsibilities: ? Safely operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery ? Inspect parts on a continual basis to meet part/standards requirements ? Document quality information when and where required ? Replace, Repair, adjust machinery and tooling as necessary for the successful completion of each lot ? Communicate effectively with trainer, co-workers, and supervisors ? Follow all safety rules/guidelines Job Requirements: ? Must be able to read and understand English ? Must be able to calculate figures with basic math skills ? Must be able to adhere to work/safety instructions ?
