We’re seeking a Facilities/Building Maintenance Tech to work at a premier soap manufacturing client in Fall River, MA. With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.
Direct Hire
Location: Fall River, MA
Shift: 7:30am-5pm on Monday-Thursday, 8am-12pm on Friday
Pay Rate: $24-$26 per hour based on Experience

What’s a typical day as a Facilities/Building Maintenance Tech? You’ll be:
Performing maintenance tasks, including plumbing, construction, electrical, and painting (both exterior and interior)
Operating boom lifts as required for facility upkeep
Coordinating with contractors when necessary for specialized repairs or maintenance
Managing and resolving work orders throughout the building
Reporting to facility management and ensuring all maintenance work meets quality and safety standards
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have proven experience in building maintenance, including plumbing, construction, electrical, and painting
Are comfortable operating boom lifts and other maintenance equipment
Can efficiently manage work orders and communicate with contractors
Are reliable and able to work independently on 1st shift
Have a strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
