Sanfilippo Solutions, Inc. Crew Chief in Falconer, New York
FT: Crew Chief, Falconer. As a Crew Leader, you will manage a 34 person team performing high-quality insulation and air-sealing retrofits to create energy-efficient, comfortable homes in the Southern Tier/North county. You will be responsible for ensuring technical excellence, mentoring installers, and providing compassionate service to homeowners all while ensuring our core values of Integrity, Respect, Selflessness, Safety, and Reputation are continually upheld. The ideal candidate has 7-10+ years of trade experience (including 4+ years in insulation/home performance), relevant BPI/NYSERDA certifications, and the Tenacity and Enablement to lead every project to a successful, high-impact finish.
