Position: Ag Equipment Operator
Requirements: Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
Job Description: Operating large farm equipment and machinery equipped with GPS for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, planting, moving, storing, and harvesting grain and oilseed crops such as sesame, wheat, milo, cotton; drive including 8370R tractor, late model John Deere sprayer, 1890 John Deere air seeder; Load agricultural products into trucks and drive to market or storage facilities; operating haying equipment for hay production of swathing, raking, baling, stacking and moving from field to storage; driving farm vehicle; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite. Must speak and understand English
Anticipated Hours of Work Per Week: 60hrs per week.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 10hrs Saturday 8hrs Sunday 2hrs 8:00am-6:30pm
Anticipated Period of Employment: 03/15/2026 to 01/01/2027
