Town of Fairview Assistant Pool Manager in Fairview, Montana
The Town of Fairview is seeking a full-time Assistant Pool Manager for the 2026 swim season. This position supports the Pool Manager in daily operations and is acting Pool Manager when the manager is unavailable. Key responsibilities include: • Lead and supervise pool staff • Managing schedules • Conduct water-quality chemical testing • Maintain facility cleanliness • Ensure safety and compliance • Provide positive customer service • Enforce pool policies and procedures Required qualifications and skills: • Lifeguard Training Certification • CPR and First-Aid Certification • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Wages will be based on certifications, experience, and returning status.
