CTG Quality Technician in Fairport, New York
CTG’s long-standing Fortune 500 client is seeking a Quality Technician to support quality operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on product quality assurance, non-conformance handling, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Fairport, NY
Pay Rate: Based on experience
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: Associate’s Degree in a technical discipline with 2 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a technical role within a manufacturing/production environment
ITAR Compliant Required - Candidates must be compliant with ITAR requirements and be US citizens or nationals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure product quality and compliance with established requirements
• Review and release product and material documentation
• Disposition non-conforming materials and manage related transactions
• Maintain accurate and timely quality data in systems
• Support containment and corrective action initiatives
• Monitor and report quality metrics
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Procurement teams
• Drive process discipline and continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications:
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Excellent cross-functional communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
• Quality Control experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
• Experience interpreting procedures and work instructions
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
