Adecco US, Inc. Facilities Maintence Tech in Fairport, New York
Pay: $19.50/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm
We are currently recruiting for a skilled Facility Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Rochester, NY. This position plays a key role in maintaining facility systems, troubleshooting production equipment, and keeping operations running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain plant production equipment used in metalworking, assembly, welding, brazing, and related processes
Diagnose equipment issues, complete tear-downs, repairs, and reassembly
Perform preventative maintenance and calibration schedules
Maintain heating, cooling, sprinkler, and facility systems
Order and manage spare parts, tooling, and maintenance supplies
Inspect facility conditions and report major concerns
Operate lift trucks, tractors, and assist with snow removal as needed
Clean, paint, and maintain machines and work areas
Support hazardous waste handling procedures and safety compliance
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and communicate updates effectively
Recommend improvements related to safety, quality, cost, and efficiency
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Trade school or technical training preferred
3+ years of maintenance experience in a machine shop or manufacturing plant
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
Experience with basic single-phase electrical systems (three-phase a plus)
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and carpentry preferred
PLC, electrical wiring, or CNC equipment experience is a plus

Pay Details: $19.50 per hour
