Adecco is currently seeking Electronic/Mechanical Assemblers in Fairport, NY. To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of direct experience in a manufacturing environment.

The Electronic/Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for assembling monitoring and protection devices used for high-value electrical assets and OEM manufacturing companies. This role requires precision, steady hands, and strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities of the Electronic Assembler:

· Assemble small electronic components, including circuit boards, connectors, wires, and other parts.

· Follow detailed assembly instructions, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate product assembly.

· Solder and connect components using hand tools, soldering irons, and other equipment.

· Perform quality checks on finished products to identify any defects or inconsistencies.

· Troubleshoot and repair minor assembly issues as needed.

· Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.

· Keep track of production data and report any issues to supervisors.

Requirements of the Electronic Assembler:

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics is a plus!

· Previous experience as an electronic assembler, or in a related field, is preferred.

· Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and diagrams.

· Proficiency in using hand tools, soldering equipment, and measuring devices.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to handle small, delicate components.

· Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

· Basic understanding of electronics and circuitry is advantageous.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Shift: 3rd Shift – 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour + $4.50/hour shift differential
