Our client, a leader in the concrete and paving industry, is seeking a Small Equipment Operator - Labor to join their team. As a Small Equipment Operator - Labor, you will be part of the operations team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Small Equipment Operator
Location: Fairmont, WV
Pay Range: up to $20 based on previous experience
What's the Job?
Operate small equipment safely and efficiently on job sites.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.
Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
What's Needed?
Valid credential 100038.
Experience operating small equipment preferred.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to undergo a 6 Panel Oral drug screen.
