Community Options & Resources is looking to hire a Management/Program Coordinator - Fairmont, MN! Turning Challenges into Opportunities MANAGEMENT/PROGRAM COORDINATOR POSITION in Fairmont, anticipated starting date as soon as possible. Applicant will be responsible for the overall operations of a home supporting 5 adults living with disabilities. It is preferred an applicant have 50 hours of education and training related to human services and at least 4 years of full-time experience providing direct care to people with disabilities. Possess knowledge and skills in: Skills training and promoting choice Staff supervision, mentoring, evaluating, scheduling Computer programs such as Microsoft Office Working knowledge of applicable DHS rules and regulations is helpful This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position.
