We are seeking a detail‑oriented Temporary Product Coordinator to support our client with product customization setup and logo configuration within our eCommerce platform. This temporary role will focus primarily on data entry and product setup to ensure customized items display accurately for customers during the ordering process.
This is an entry‑level position with training provided , ideal for someone who is comfortable working on a computer, following structured processes, and completing repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Duration: 90 days
Pay Rate: $20–$24 per hour
Location: Remote for the ideal candidate; following the completion of onsite training
What You’ll Do
Locate and configure assigned product SKUs within a web‑based customization platform
Set up and adjust product images to create clear background swatches
Map logo placement areas on garments to ensure correct size and positioning
Test SKUs in a demo environment to confirm logos and designs render properly
Track progress across a large and growing list of SKUs, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined steps and processes
Comfortable working in web‑based systems and using Excel
Ability to stay organized and focused while performing repetitive tasks
Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently once trained
Willingness to come onsite for initial training before transitioning to remote work

This is a temporary role expected to last approximately 90 days
Position may be remote after training is completed
