ManpowerGroup Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift in Fairfield, Ohio
Our client, a leading organization in the transportation and logistics industry, is seeking a CWR-Warehouse Associate I to join their team. As a CWR-Warehouse Associate I, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: CWR-Warehouse Associate I
Location: Fairfield, OH
Pay Range: 18
Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday - 1:00pm to 10:00pm
What's the Job?
Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, and matching purchase orders to sales orders
Distribute orders to sales associates for processing and ensure warehouse safety and accessibility
Complete inventory counts and assemble products as needed
Take check calls from drivers, validate load data, and monitor deliveries to ensure timely and safe arrivals
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment for employees and customers
What's Needed?
Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds
Basic written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners
Availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
Experience in warehouse operations, loading/unloading trailers, or transportation industry preferred
