Description We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fairfield, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations across various office functions. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot discrepancies effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns via email and other communication channels.
• Oversee accounts payable processes, including invoice handling and discrepancy resolution.
• Conduct thorough research to troubleshoot system errors and ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain effective communication with partners and stakeholders to facilitate solutions and build strong relationships.
• Accurately document and track issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance efficiency.
• Respond to inquiries related to office functions and provide detailed information as needed.
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies in data or transactions to maintain accuracy.
• Manage correspondence and ensure all communications are clear and precise.
• Support additional administrative tasks to ensure smooth organizational workflows. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong understanding of office functions and administrative processes.
• Familiarity with accounts payable procedures, including invoice management.
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills, particularly for system errors and discrepancies.
• Proficient in email correspondence and clear, detail-oriented communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and deliver timely resolutions.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
