Position Summary

[As a Production Drafter, you will create detailed shop drawings and technical documentation that serve as the foundation for our manufacturing team. [Your drawings will guide production teams in creating everything from retail signage and displays to custom millwork and architectural décor. Key Responsibilities

• [Develop AutoCAD shop drawings from architectural elevations, renderings, and site surveys.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Collaborate with production managers, engineers, and project leads to ensure accuracy and manufacturability.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Prepare drawings for retail signage, store fixtures, millwork, and décor installations.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Resolve drawing or product issues while maintaining documentation accuracy.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

Requirements

• [AutoCAD certification in mechanical, architectural, or engineering drafting (required).]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Associate or bachelor's degree in drafting, architecture, or related field (preferred).]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Experience with retail millwork drafting, cabinetry, or construction drawings a plus.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
