Job Description
This role focuses on maintaining high standards of quality by accurately inspecting labels in a clean room environment. You will use measurement tools to verify that all products meet defined quality standards while strictly following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). The position requires strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work with measurement tools in a fast-paced, quality-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble components and finished products using hand tools, power tools, and/or machinery
Follow written work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams
Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
Perform basic testing or functionality checks as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
Report defects, shortages, or equipment issues to supervisors
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
Ability to use basic hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Work Environment
Manufacturing/production facility
May include standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
Climate-controlled / non‑climate controlled (adjust as needed)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
