We are looking for a QC LIMS Specialist to support lab operations, ensuring data integrity and compliance. You will be responsible for maintaining scientific accuracy, regulatory adherence, and efficient lab workflows. The role involves supporting and maintaining LIMS integrations and instrument interfaces, enhancing SQL Server database systems, and creating management and data reports using Crystal Reports or Microsoft Access.
Responsibilities
Support lab operations to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Maintain scientific accuracy and regulatory adherence in lab workflows.
Support and maintain LIMS integrations and instrument interfaces.
Enhance, develop, and maintain SQL Server database systems.
Create management and data reports using Crystal Reports and/or Microsoft Access.
Develop customized electronic data deliverables (EDD) in CSV, tab-delimited, and Excel formats.
Troubleshoot and maintain Access VBA programs.
Provision, install, configure, and maintain computer systems and infrastructure.
Develop and maintain regulatory reporting formats.
Essential Skills
Experience in Chemistry and Laboratory operations.
Hands-on experience with LIMS.
BS or Masters in a Scientific Field; computer science is also accepted.
2+ years of experience with Clinisys Element LIMS (v6 or v7).
Strong technical expertise in databases, reporting tools, and system configuration.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Environmental Laboratory Experience (RCRA) is preferred.
Experience with Quality Control, QC analysis, and R&D lab operations.
Work Environment
This position requires on-site work with no remote flexibility. You will be working within a laboratory setting, reporting to the lab director, and will support LIMS data accuracy and integrity. The role is a W2 position, and sponsorship is not available at this time.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $58.00/hr.
