We are seeking a Contract Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) for one of our clients in Fairfield County, CT. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent, leading full-cycle recruitment efforts across manufacturing operations..
Pay: $45.00/hr. - $48.00/hr.
Type: Contract (6 months, potential to extend)
Location: Fairfield County, CT
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer
Partner with hiring managers to fill roles quickly and effectively
Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
Track activity and maintain accurate data in the ATS
Qualifications:
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (blend of agency and corporate environments preferred)
Experience supporting hiring within pharma, medical device, or manufacturing highly preferred
Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload (30–50+ requisitions concurrently)
Strong sourcing capabilities with a track record of building and maintaining talent pipelines
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern recruiting tools
Experience partnering with and managing external staffing agencies is a plus
