Position Description:

Manage an agile team through Agile/DevSecOps delivery to enhance and maintain enterprise business applications and systems for a federal government client. Interact with client stakeholders including product owners, business stakeholders, users and contract personel to elicit requirements and determine priorities to organize the agile team's work. Identify risks, ensure compliance, manage project financials, track project deliverables, report status and provide day-to-day supervision for team members.

This position is located in Fairfax,VA.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Program Leadership

  • Manage the overall scope, schedule, and budget across multiple Agile product teams.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders, contractors, and technical teams.

Agile & DevSecOps Delivery

  • Oversee iterative delivery of business value through backlog prioritization and sprint planning.

  • Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-quality software solutions.

  • Set clear objectives, create a project plan/integrated project schedule, define milestones, organize and manage resources.

  • Monitor adherence to Agile ceremonies and best practices.

Compliance & Security

  • Ensure compliance with federal and client specific cybersecurity standards.

  • Support vulnerability remediation and maintain audit readiness.

  • Produce monthly reports and SLA compliance.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Coordinate with client Product Owners, Technical Leads, and other stakeholders.

  • Prepare and deliver program briefings, status reports, and system demonstrations.

Operations & Maintenance

  • Manage O&M activities for legacy and modern systems, ensuring system availability and resiliency.

  • Oversee troubleshooting, incident management, and escalation processes within SLA timeframes.

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex IT programs or task orders in a federal environment.

  • Proven track record in Agile/DevSecOps delivery and cloud migration of legacy applications.

  • Strong background in enterprise application development and deployment.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • PMP or Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe) preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with COTS/GOTS implementations, cloud computing, and cybersecurity frameworks.

  • Understanding of ITIL processes, SDLC, and federal compliance standards.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $100,800.00 - $218,200.00.
