Job Description
Insight Global is partnering with one of our manufacturing clients to identify an experienced Quality Lead to support and lead quality initiatives within a fast-paced production environment. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring product quality, driving continuous improvement, and leading quality teams on the floor. The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of quality leadership experience within a manufacturing or production setting and has a strong hands-on leadership approach.

Lead, mentor, and develop quality team members to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards and production requirements
Oversee daily quality operations within a manufacturing environment, including inspections, audits, and corrective actions
Serve as the primary quality partner to production, engineering, and operations teams to resolve quality issues and prevent defects
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and process optimization
Ensure compliance with internal quality systems, customer requirements, and applicable industry regulations
Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions
Support root cause analysis efforts and lead corrective action plans through to completion
Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and operational excellence across the production floor

Skills and Requirements
5–7 years of experience in a quality leadership role
Proven experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop employees in a fast-paced setting
Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspections, and process controls
Experience driving continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Comfortable working hands-on in a plant or production floor environment Prior experience leading quality technicians, inspectors, or auditors
Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
Experience supporting audits and customer quality requirements
Background in regulated or customer-driven manufacturing environments
