Credence Management Solutions LLC Senior Program Control Analyst in Fairborn, Ohio

Credence has an immediate opening for a Program Control Analyst for a growing finance team with tremendous opportunity to support across functional areas. Responsibilities: Review budget, cost, revenue, and pricing data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reasonableness Create, develop, and maintain spend plans for Cost Plus, T&M, and Firm Fixed Price contracts Review contracts, sub-contracts, expense reports, and invoices, for adherence to proposals, contract terms, and Federal regulations Perform cost and price analysis for RFP/RFQs and develop pricing templates and models to evaluate different "what-if" scenarios Work with program management to develop, maintain, and review financial reporting tools for both internal tracking purposes and external customer requirements Support audit inquiries from DCAA Complete reconciliations for contract close-out processes Create contract coding in CostPoint for accurate timekeeping, revenue recognition, and invoicing Participate in cost proposal pricing reviews, completing UPTs and pricing templates Provide ad hoc financial analysis for both project and division level concerns Assist with the development of smart and efficient financial analysis standards, strategies and best practices where applicable and integrate the same throughout the organization At Credence, we support mission-critical national security and federal health missions through trusted human expertise and secure, agentic AI.
