Ranpak Holdings Corp. is a New York Stock Exchange listed company (NYSE: PACK).Your Role as Team Leader AccountingAs Team Leader Accounting, you will lead and coordinate the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will oversee daily accounting operations, guide team members in managing the general ledger, and ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements. Acting as a key liaison between finance and business stakeholders, you will drive process improvements, support audits, and contribute to strategic financial initiatives.

Your Responsibilities• Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering collaboration and professional growth• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes• Ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliations and timely resolution of discrepancies• Coordinate preparation of documentation for auditors and management reviews• Monitor and control project-related accounting and fixed asset management• Supporting internal and external audits and statutory financial statements• Prepare and review variance analysis for regional and global reporting• Support compliance reporting, including CSRD requirements• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors

Your Profile• Proven leadership experience in accounting or finance teams• 6-8 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting and financial reporting• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent• Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)• Strong communication and team management skills• Background in public accounting (Big 4) preferred• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables) and experience with ERP systems (SAP Hana preferred)• Solid understanding of Dutch GAAP and international accounting standards• Knowledge in US GAAP or differences to IFRS• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
