Design, develop, and implement IT solutions using ServiceNow, Java, SQL, and Java Script. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, conduct gap analyses, and document AS-IS/To-Be designs. Participate in all phases of the SDLC including analysis, design, unit testing, integration testing, release, and production support. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB, including development of workflows, catalog items, business rules, client scripts, and ACLs. Support ServiceNow Cloud Management for AWS and Azure to optimize cloud operations and service delivery. Perform data migrations using import sets and transform maps, and create custom tables, roles, and related lists. Work with Agile/Scrum teams using JIRA for project tracking, permissions, and notifications. Assist in documenting technical architectures, developing integration solutions, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards. Participate in upgrades, cloning, and troubleshooting to ensure stable and reliable system performance. Perform feasibility studies, and evaluate user requirements.
