R4 IT Solutions, Inc Programmer Analyst in Exton, Pennsylvania
Participate in the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of IT solutions using SAP, Vertex, Java, SQL, and Oracle. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, conduct gap analyses, and document AS-IS/To-Be designs. Develop and configure software applications, interfaces, and reports. Oversee Agile/Scrum processes, coordinate offshore teams, and ensure security and regulatory compliance. Conduct testing (unit, integration, performance), plan production cutover, and troubleshoot postdeployment issues to ensure project success and system reliability. Perform feasibility studies, and evaluate user requirements. Must be willing to travel for setting up various systems to various clients at unanticipated locations within the United States for short term and long term durations.
