Job description

• Build the 3-year digital roadmap aligned with our industrial strategy.

• Define the target architecture for all industrial systems and ensure coherence and integration.

• Lead the collection and consolidation of business needs (production, quality, maintenance, PPC…).

• Produce high-level functional specifications and evaluate digital opportunities.

• Coordinate the digital project portfolio and support prioritization.

• Work closely with IT on technical feasibility, cybersecurity, and system integration.

• Support change management and adoption of new digital solutions.

Candidate skills & requirements

Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 7–15 years of experience in industrial technology roles, with strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial systems.

• Deep knowledge of IT/OT convergence and hands-on expertise in MES, SCADA, PLC, IIoT, and cloud architectures.

• Experience with ERP, MES, QMS, PLM, and driving digital transformation initiatives in factory environments.

• Strong capability in process modeling, requirements structuring, and managing complex cross-functional projects.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
