Beacon Hill Staffing Group Desktop Support Analyst in Exeter, Pennsylvania

Location: 5 days on site Exeter, PA Duration: 1+ year contract The IT Support Analyst provides hands-on technical assistance to end users, ensuring the smooth operation of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and core business applications. This role focuses on troubleshooting operating systems, hardware, software, and printer-related issues while delivering excellent customer service across the organization.
