Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian to serve as the Clinical Nutrition Manager at BILH Exeter Hospital, a 100‑bed acute care facility located in Exeter, New Hampshire . Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is a comprehensive, integrated healthcare system uniting academic medical centers, community and specialty hospitals throughout eastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. In this key leadership role, you will guide a dedicated team of clinical dietitians, oversee high-quality nutrition care, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary partners to support exceptional patient outcomes. This position is open to new grads or experienced candidates!
What You'll Do
manage the inpatient clinical nutrition program, including supervision of a team of four dietitians and five call center employees;
advocate to expand and promote the role of clinical nutrition throughout the facility;
foster a culture of learning that promotes career growth and professional development;
proactively seek out and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders who are integral to moving department efforts forward; and
drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects.

What You Bring
Registered Dietitian credential and licensure in MA;
supervisory or management experience (preferred);

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
