Job Overview
LSI Staffing is hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for a C Shift position in Excelsior Springs, MO. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production operations.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment and fixtures
Perform general facility maintenance
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and equipment issues
Investigate maintenance problems and implement effective solutions
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
Comply with Quality, Environmental, and Material Management System requirements
Maintain a positive attitude toward safety; follow all company policies and report unsafe conditions
Provide maintenance support to various departments as needed
Assist Platform Engineers, Process Engineers, and Quality teams with fixtures, tooling, and gages used in manufacturing
Report all accidents and injuries in a timely manner
Perform daily job assignments as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements
At least 2 years of maintenance experience
Solid and consistent work history
Reliable with strong attendance record
Maintenance Technician Certificate or equivalent education/work experience
Welding, light electrical, machining, and strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to obtain a forklift license and pass a forklift physical
