Position Description Starting Hourly Wage: $34 - $43/hour; depending on experience Location: Everett, WA Classification: Non-Exempt Must be eligible to work in the U.S. - Sponsorship not available Position Overview: Supporting the VCS team and projects with a primary emphasis but not limited to, managing the Revit models, families, and templates. Primary contact for VCS Revit family creation and maintenance but still managing to provide detailing support for the VCS department projects. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining and creating Revit families and templates utilized in detailing and fabrication. Managing Revit families utilized in templates and all within central location for ease of accessibility. Creating new families as needed per approved submittals. Vetting existing Revit families against approved submittals. Maintaining Revit Family library. Maintaining Revit template settings, worksets, sheets, views, etc. Troubleshooting programs within the VCS Department as problems arise with our Models, Families, and templates. Report to the ConTech team if problems go beyond what can be resolved through internal troubleshooting. Supporting Revizto model management (ConTech) of projects requiring the use of the program. Setup of VCS project models in preparation for team collaboration. Assist the ConTech team in providing the necessary training for the program. Scheduler to be maintained by ConTech team. Appearance Profiler maintained and utilized on all projects. Preparation of models for Revizto publishing through proper Revit settings. Navisworks model management of projects requiring the use of the program. Setup of project models (NWF) in preparation for clash detection. Setting up of NWCs (placeholders) for linking into the model Setup clash detection tests with placeholde
