Retail Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

• [Execute daily point-of-sale (POS) transactions and cash control procedures]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Receive, process, and track incoming/outgoing merchandise shipments]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Monitor inventory levels, stock balances, and replenishment needs]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Process Mark Out of Stock (MOS) and Return to Vendor (RTV) items]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Coordinate inter-store transfers and special customer orders]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Maintain accurate inventory documentation and support annual inventory counts]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Execute merchandising floor sets and uphold visual standards]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Maintain an organized stockroom and proper merchandise storage]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Identify and communicate facility maintenance needs]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

Qualifications:

• [Education: High School Diploma or GED required]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [2+ years retail sales, customer service, or related experience (preferred)]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Point-of-Sale (POS) systems]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Inventory systems and stock control processes]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Inventory management and merchandising execution]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Order processing, shipping/receiving, and stockroom operations]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Multi-tasking in fast-paced retail environments]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Physical Requirements:]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and handle merchandise (unpacking, moving boxes)]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
