Clean Break Cleaning Services PT Bookkeeper in Everett, Washington

Clean Break by Missy is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving Snohomish County. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to help maintain accurate financial records and support the financial health of our business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organized systems, understands small business finances, and is comfortable working independently.

Position Overview

The Part-Time Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with basic financial reporting, and ensuring our bookkeeping systems stay organized and up to date. This role will work closely with ownership to provide visibility into company finances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping 

  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

  • Track income, expenses, and categorize transactions

  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

  • Assist with payroll record tracking and reporting

  • Prepare basic financial reports (profit & loss, expense summaries)

  • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable

  • Support preparation of financial information for CPA and tax filings

  • Identify discrepancies and help maintain clean financial records

Qualifications
  • Experience with small business bookkeeping

  • Strong understanding of QuickBooks or similar accounting software

  • Excellent attention to detail and organization

  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently

  • Strong communication skills

  • Prior experience supporting small or service-based businesses is a plus

Schedule
  • Approximately 10 hours per week

  • Flexible schedule

  • Some work may be done remotely depending on systems and workflow

Compensation
  • $25 -- $35 per hour depending on experience
