Aerospace Production Worker
Location: Everett, WA
Shifts:
Second Shift: 2 PM - 10:30 PM, Mon-Fri
Third Shift: 10 PM - 6:30 AM, Sun-Thurs
Weekend Shift: 6 AM - 6 PM, Fri-Sun
Pay: $20.77/hr
Job Description
We are hiring Aerospace Production Workers to support a busy aerospace manufacturing facility. This is a hands‑on, entry‑friendly production role focused on masking, racking, and moving parts through the production process. If you are reliable, detail‑oriented, and ready to work, we encourage you to apply.
No aerospace experience required. Training provided.
Responsibilities
Apply masking tape, plugs, caps, and liquid mask to aerospace parts
Hang, rack, and un‑rack parts for processing
Inspect parts before and after masking for damage or defects
Follow simple work instructions, blueprints, and technique cards
Move completed parts to the next production step
Keep track of completed work and paperwork
Communicate issues or questions to leads, inspectors, or supervisors
Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
Help with other production tasks like cleaning or part prep when needed
Essential Skills
Ability to show up on time and work scheduled shifts

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience
Masking, racking, packing, or assembly work
Reading work orders or blueprints
Aerospace or production experience

Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing facility where temperatures can fluctuate with outside weather conditions, and the buildings are not insulated, so you should be comfortable working in varying temperatures. The environment may have noticeable odors from chemicals due to the nature of the processes. Personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, goggles, aprons, rubber boots, gloves, and a respirator is provided and may be required depending on the task. The dress code allows casual attire, but sleeveless shirts and tank tops are not permitted, and closed-toe shoes are required. Construction-style footwear is preferred, especially for those working in racking. The work involves standing, moving between departments, handling parts, and working around production equipment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.77 - $20.77/hr.
