Position Description Starting Salary Range: $22 - $26/hour; depending on experience Location: Everett, WA Classification: Non-Exempt Must be eligible to work in the U.S. - Sponsorship not available Position Overview: Coordinates and tracks shipping and receiving activities for the Fabrication Group. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate deliveries and shipments, including scheduling with freight companies and tracking incoming and outgoing materials. Prepare bills of lading and packing lists for all outgoing shipments. Maintain photo documentation for all deliveries leaving the facility. Communicate delivery schedules and updates with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with the tool and warehouse teams to align fabrication deliveries. Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and Outlook Calendar for all shipping and receiving activities. Ensure all materials are properly ordered, received, tagged, and packaged for each fabrication delivery. Manage vendor deliveries, including painters, galvanizers, and inspection services. Coordinate short-term and long-term storage of equipment and fabrication items. Update and maintain delivery tracking status in internal company software. Secondary Responsibilities: Communicate with vendors to track receivables and material status. Assist with material ordering for fabrication packages as needed.
