To learn more about being a Delivery Driver at North Coast Electric: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2lKAP744N1c What You Will Do: *Making deliveries to customer job sites, shops, and NCElocations *Daily pre-route vehicle inspections for safety & vehicle readiness using the Driver's Vehicle Inspection Report * Ensure truck is properly loaded, secured, and within weight limitation *Filling orders in support of delivery routes *Assist in pulling and double checking will-call orders *Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse *Other warehouse duties, as assigned What You Will Bring: *Valid driver's license and clean driving record (Verified by background check.) *Age 21 & able to pass DOT Physical *Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT) *Ability to learn use of handheld scanners and operating systems *Good oral & written communicationskills *Detail oriented *Self-motivated, teamwork focused, and great customer service skills Physical Requirements and Work Environment: *Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (75+ lbs.) *Driving delivery vehicle with a GVW under 15,000 lbs. * Warehouse environment *Ability tooperate a forklift *Usual 40-hour work-weekMonday through Friday, however, based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required *Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance Salary & Compensation: This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime Pay is $20.19/hour - $25.24/hour, DOE.
