Aerotek Bindery Associate- Machine Operating in Everett, Washington

Job Title: Bindery Associate Job Description

This role involves setting up and operating bindery equipment. Candidates should possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with tools, along with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate bindery equipment efficiently.

  • Utilize mechanical skills and tools effectively.

  • Ensure accuracy in counting, stacking, and sorting.

  • Read and follow written work instructions precisely.

  • Maintain high attention to detail in all tasks.

  • Adapt to changing schedules based on business needs.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in general labor and production.

  • Basic math skills including number ranges and attention to detail.

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

  • Manual dexterity and experience with copy machines.

  • Capability to be on feet all day.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Entry-level production experience preferred.

  • Flexibility to work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
