Job Title: Bindery Associate Job Description
This role involves setting up and operating bindery equipment. Candidates should possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with tools, along with basic math skills.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate bindery equipment efficiently.
Utilize mechanical skills and tools effectively.
Ensure accuracy in counting, stacking, and sorting.
Read and follow written work instructions precisely.
Maintain high attention to detail in all tasks.
Adapt to changing schedules based on business needs.
Essential Skills
Experience in general labor and production.
Basic math skills including number ranges and attention to detail.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Manual dexterity and experience with copy machines.
Capability to be on feet all day.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Entry-level production experience preferred.
Flexibility to work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
