HireQuest Northwest Assistant Branch Manager in Everett, Washington

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work directly with the Regional Sales Manager to run and grow the Everett office:

Operations

  • Help manage daily branch activity (dispatch, staffing, client needs)
  • Keep things organized, efficient, and moving
  • Step in wherever needed --- this is a hands-on role

Sales & Growth

  • Support and participate in sales efforts
  • Build relationships with clients
  • Help identify opportunities to grow accounts

Team Leadership

  • Support, coach, and motivate team members
  • Help maintain accountability and performance standards
  • Contribute to a strong, positive team culture

Recruiting & Staffing

  • Help bring in and place the right people in the right roles
  • Ensure workers are reliable, prepared, and set up for success
