Job Title: Electronics Technician

Job Description

As an Electronics Technician, you will test, evaluate, assemble, and disassemble aerospace electronic and electro-mechanical components and assemblies. You will interpret and verify equipment issues, read and interpret drawings and electrical schematics, and perform maintenance using Component Maintenance Manuals and other technical documentation. You will also cross-train in different product lines, manage sustaining activities with engineering as needed, and perform special projects or tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Test, evaluate, assemble, and disassemble aerospace electronic and electro-mechanical components and assemblies.

  • Interpret and verify equipment issues.

  • Read and interpret drawings and electrical schematics.

  • Perform maintenance using Component Maintenance Manuals and other technical documentation.

  • Cross-train in different product lines.

  • Manage sustaining activities with engineering as needed.

  • Perform special projects or tasks as assigned.

Essential Skills

  • 5 years of electronics bench assembly/testing experience.

  • Proficiency with analog and digital test equipment.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.

  • High level of attention to detail.

  • Experience troubleshooting down to component level.

  • Proficiency in English reading and writing.

  • Skills in using an oscilloscope, PCB, soldering, wiring, electronics testing, circuit board, calibration, multimeter, and electronic assembly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Frequent use of hands, fingers, and arms to reach, handle, touch, or feel equipment, materials, and computers.

  • Frequent use of computers, databases, digital platforms, and office productivity equipment.

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 1–30 lbs as needed.

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for 1–10 hours per day.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment while wearing appropriate protective equipment such as hearing protection, vision protection, and steel-toed shoes.

Work Environment

Work in an aerospace production environment, primarily focusing on displays but with opportunities to cross-train on other product lines such as control products, knobs, and optical products.

This is a Permanent position based out of Everett, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70720.00 - $93600.00/yr.
