Roles and Responsibilities ยท
Manage the $2B Airframer/Non-Airline customer receivables
Manage CEO lease pool collections
Manage the $100M of collections/closure of the aged (> 365 days) & lower dollar (<$500K) invoices
Manage closure of Aged unapplied balances
Help in forecasting quarterly credit memo usage impact
Assisting the Global AR leader with impact projects, adhoc requests & leadership data submissions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in related finance field.
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable accounting flows, including entire order to cash process
Alteryx workflow experience or desire to learn tool
