Powder Coating Team Member (3rd shift)

Job Summary: We are hiring for our new overnight shift (7:00 PM -- 5:00 AM) in our powder coating operation. We welcome experienced professionals and entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. While this posting is for overnight roles, we may consider day shift placement for candidates with relevant experience or leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate powder coating equipment and assist in production processes.
• Prepare and inspect metal parts for coating.
• Ensure consistent quality and finish of coated products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Self-motivation and reliability.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.

Required Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with powder coating processes (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards.

• Apply training to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Identify and correct quality issues during production.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
