Adecco US, Inc. Technician-IT Service Desk in Evansville, Indiana

TaylorMade is looking for an IT Service Desk Technician.

The IT Service Desk Technician serves as the primary point of contact for all technology-related support requests from internal and external users. This technical role requires hands-on troubleshooting of enterprise applications, hardware, and infrastructure while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The position involves direct user interaction, collaboration with IT team members, and resolution of incidents according to established procedures and service level agreements. As a core member of the IT Service Desk team, this role demands strong technical aptitude across diverse systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently. Success in this position requires meeting performance metrics for quality, speed, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction while continuously improving IT service delivery.

Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:

  • Professional IT certifications, Computer Science degree (or related field), or minimum 2 years of relevant technical support experience.

  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.

  • Windows device management using Microsoft Intune.

  • Multi-function and production label printers.

  • Microsoft Teams audio-video conference and collaboration systems (Teams Rooms).

  • Business phone systems such as RingCentral or similar platforms.

  • Wireless and wired network connectivity, including basic troubleshooting, cabling, and switch port support.

  • Microsoft Active Directory and other infrastructure monitoring and user management software.

  • Azure Active Directory (AAD/Entra ID) and Microsoft Intune.

  • Apple macOS and iOS devices.

  • Office 365 suite including Teams, Outlook, Office Apps, SharePoint, and Forms.

  • Basic understanding of AI-powered assistance tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

  • Microsoft Azure certifications, ITIL Foundation or higher, CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), Cisco CCNA, or related certifications are preferred.

Pay Details: $0.10 per hour
