How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Capture high-quality diagnostic images by expertly maneuvering equipment and adjusting parameters to provide the clarity needed for accurate physician interpretation.

  • Identify critical pathologies and anatomical structures in real-time, acting as a clinical safeguard by recognizing significant findings or equipment limitations during the exam.

  • Optimize patient care journeys by ensuring the prompt and accurate submission of images and histories to digital archives, facilitating faster results for patients and their families.

  • Guarantee a safe and reliable imaging environment by performing rigorous quality control checks and proactively managing equipment health to prevent delays in care.

  • Uphold the highest clinical standards by maintaining a pristine, organized department and ensuring full compliance with all healthcare regulatory guidelines.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Required Credential(s):

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

  • One or more of the following:

  • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtainedwithin 24 Months (2 years) of hire date or job transfer date.

  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Sonography credentialed from the American Registry ofRadiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 24 Months (2 years) of hire date or job transfer date.

  • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography(ARDMS) obtained within 24 Months (2 years) of hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, OR Associate's degree, OR Technical certificate/degree required.
