Field Service Technician
Are you looking for a hands-on job where you can learn valuable skills like plumbing, electrical work, and water carewhile working outdoors and having your weekends free?
We are seeking a FieldService Technician to support our pool service team with daily tasks such as carrying supplies, assisting with pool cleanings, and helping with equipment repairs. No prior pool experience is required.
We provide paid training and mentorship to set you up for success.
Youll be paired with an experienced Service Technician who will train and mentor you, helping you build the skills needed to advance.

What Youll Be Doing
Assist with routine pool cleanings, maintenance, and water testing
Help transport tools, supplies, and equipment
Assist with pool equipment repairs and troubleshooting
Identify and report pool or equipment issues to lead technicians
Provide friendly, reliable service to our customers
Work independently while supported by a strong team
What Were Looking For
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Comfort with hands-on work (construction, maintenance, or trades experience is a plus)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Enjoy working outdoors and staying active
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
