United Methodist Youth Homeis currently looking for a full-time facilities manager to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• General maintenance, repair, replacement and up-keep of the campus, buildings and vehicles.
• Processing Work Orders placed by Residential and Administrative staff
• Weekly inspections of all buildings, grounds and vehicles.
• Communication with vendors, inspectors, and contractors on issues pertaining to campus grounds.
• Maintenance of heating and air conditioning units.
• Maintenance of lawn and landscaping
• Scheduling of routine vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid drivers license with clean driving record.
• Have minimum of a high school degree.
• Able to pass a criminal background check, including Sex Offender, and CPS.
• Able to pass and drug screen, TB test, and pre-employment physical.
