We are seeking an individual to perform general labor interior and exterior duties, working Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with an occasional Saturday; however, you must be available on the weekends or holidays or after regular business hours when the need arises.
Job Duties:
- Provide help and support for the maintenance technicians and housekeepers
- Take the trash outs of apartment units, perform light maintenance skills to turn apartment units, and lift over 50 pounds
- Clean up the exterior of the grounds and dumpster areas, pick up debris around the properties, and handle any groundskeeping duties
- Drive a pickup truck with a plow on it, operate landscaping equipment, shovel walks, operate a snow blower, and salt the walks and driveways
- Perform other duties as needed
Job Qualifications:
- Must have a willingness to help others accomplish assigned tasks and reach team goals
- Must be reliable, dependable, and trustworthy
- Must be able to lift over 50 pounds and be physically fit.
- Must have the ability to build and maintain ongoing positive working relationships and ask and receive help via guidance and constructive criticism in a gracious manner
- Must have excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Must be able to take care of equipment and tools and when driving a company vehicle, it should be taken care of, not abused, and kept clean and in good condition
- Must be in designated uniform at all times and available for on call for any emergencies that arise
